Cardbox is a service for scanning business cards and managing and sharing contacts inside a company workspace, through the mobile app and the web panel.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential. The workspace owner is responsible for the members they invite and the roles they grant.
The contacts and images you upload remain yours and your workspace’s. You confirm that you are entitled to store and use the details of the people you add for business purposes.
The free plan is limited to the advertised number of members and contacts. Upgrading to a paid plan is arranged by contacting us and activated once payment is confirmed.
The service may not be used to send unsolicited messages, to collect people’s data without a legitimate basis, or for any unlawful activity.
You may delete your account or workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace that violates these terms after notifying its owner.
